Rayna brings a comprehensive background in real estate, with experience spanning multiple facets of the transaction process. She began her career in real estate sales in 2019, giving her firsthand experience from the agent's perspective and a strong foundation in the industry. She then went on to work with investors in the fix-and-flip space, where she gained hands-on experience tracking renovation costs and managing the financial aspects of investment projects.

Over the years, Rayna has worked on hundreds of real estate transactions and closings, including complex transactions, portfolio transfers, tenant-occupied properties, and wholesale and investor transactions. Her experience working with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, investors, and other professionals has given her a well-rounded understanding of the many moving parts involved in getting a transaction successfully to the closing table. Rayna uses that experience to anticipate potential issues, keep transactions organized, and help resolve problems efficiently as they arise. Her ability to understand the needs and responsibilities of each party allows her to effectively coordinate communication and keep everyone moving toward the same goal: a smooth and successful closing.
